2. Stop glorifying exhaustion

The “I only slept four hours and still got everything done” flex.
But sis, we are not doing that anymore.

Rest is not weakness.
Your body isn’t lazy.
Your fatigue isn’t imaginary.

If your phone battery hits 5%, you panic.
But we’ll run ourselves to zero and still call it productive?

From today, let “tired” be enough reason. No explanations needed.

3. Feed your body what nourishes, not just what’s trending

Food trends are cute, but wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Listen to your body, not the noise.

Ask yourself:

  • What foods make me feel good after I eat them?

A reminder to slow down, ask for help, or stop pretending you’re okay when you’re not.
